Responsibilities
- Using your presentation skills, you’ll be developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and helping clients round out their accounts.
- With your keen attention to detail, you’ll be updating client information and issuing insurance documentation.
- You’ll be assisting clients with taking payments and assisting them with policy changes.
Requirements
- State of Nebraska Insurance P&C Agent License.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
- Professional Designations (CIC, CISR) highly preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented with basic computer software knowledge.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Handle yourself professionally in all communication including professional phone and office etiquette.

Our Insurance and Risk Management firm was founded in 1927 as part of the Bridgeport State Bank. In 1984, Steve and Helen Plummer purchased the agency and renamed it Plummer Insurance, Inc. Since then, we’ve been providing sound Insurance and Risk Management advice to clients as a family-owned company. We focus on Risk Management as a way to establish credibility as Insurance Advisors, and are looking for an established Account Manager to add to our team.
